Prizma Association collects personal information that the User voluntarily submits by filling out this form, by submitting to the newsletter, through telephone communication and email.

By filling in this form, the User gives his/her consent for the processing of personal data for the purpose of implementing the project of the Gračac Volunteer Center and informing about activities and events related to the work of the Gračac Volunteer Center.

Prizma Association can use the User's data within the Gračac Volunteer Center project in the following way:

- enter User’s personal data into the volunteer database,

- share the User's contact information in order to connect the User with volunteers or volunteer organizers,

- contact the User in case of need to connect with volunteers or volunteer organizers,

- when drafting volunteer contracts, volunteering reports, volunteer certificates and volunteer booklets,

- to monitor the implementation of the Prizma Association's project and program activities,

- for reporting purposes under contractual obligations to the Ministry for Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy,

- for the purpose of implementing the project, the Gračac Volunteer Center, distribute data to the project implementation partners, the Municipality of Gračac and the Vilin Dol Association.
